Randall has been invited to participate in Luminous Layers: Exploring Contemporary Encaustic at the 47th Annual Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts, the most comprehensive exhibit of encaustic paintings and sculpture ever assembled in the Pacific Northwest. Randall is one of 15 "nationally recognized" artists invited by curator Linda Womack.
